Refund policy

Returns for Exchange or Credit:
Purchases made in-store may be returned within 7 days for an exchange or store credit. Your item must be in its original packaging, unused with all tags attached.

Merchandise purchased online can be returned in-store only. Items may be returned within 14 days for an exchange or store credit valid for Mercantile purchases only. This is not valid for purchases in the Cafe. 

Non-returnable items:
- Gift cards
- Sale items
- Vintage items
- Bath + Body products

- Seasonal, books and packaged food

- Pierced Earrings

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase and the original sales tags on the item.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Sale items 
Only regular priced items may be exchanged.
